Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are processed on the same business day.
    Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


2. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

We currently ship all orders via FedEx.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (U.S. Mainland): 5–8 business days

Please note: Transit times may vary due to weather conditions, peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States mainland.

    At this time, shipping services are not available to the following regions:

    • Alaska

    • Hawaii

    • Puerto Rico

    Orders can be placed for delivery within the contiguous United States only.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status directly on the carrier’s website.


5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays, package loss, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide relevant photos or documentation.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
