1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1β3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.
Order Cut-off Time:

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are usually processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Business Days:
Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Time (Transit Time)
All orders are shipped via FedEx.
Estimated Transit Time (U.S. Mainland):

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, peak seasons, or holidays.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Areas
Free Standard Shipping is currently available for orders delivered within the contiguous United States (U.S. mainland).
At this time, we do not ship to the following regions:

Hawaii

Puerto Rico
Orders can only be placed for delivery within the contiguous United States.
If you are unsure whether your location is eligible for delivery, please contact us before placing an order. Our support team is happy to assist.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrierβs website using this number.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional reshipping fees may apply.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide any relevant photos or documentation.
We will assist you in contacting the carrier and initiating a shipping claim when applicable.
